A Message from Your Treasurer
My name is Julia Grant, and I have been with Toastmasters since 1997. I have served as an Area Governor in Divisions C and D, and I am now your District Treasurer for 2009-2010.
The District Treasurer is responsible for keeping track of all District expenses, and also any money that comes in via TLIs or the Bookstore. I prepare reports monthly that are sent to Toastmasters International.
All district expenses must be approved in advance by the District Governor, and be within the budget that is approved at Toastmasters International.
I'm looking forward to serving as your District Treasurer for the coming year!
