A Message from Your Public Relations Officer
Hello, my name is Dan Barrett, and I have been a member of Toastmasters since August 2001. I am a member of the Chelmsford Toastmasters, where I have held the offices of President, VP of Education, VP of Public Relations, and Secretary. I have my Advanced Communicator Silver and Competent Leader designations. I am now working on my Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG) designation, and have completed eight speeches toward that goal.

I have a B.A. in English from Saint Anselm College and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
I was awarded Third Place at the 2008 District 31 Humorous Speech Contest.
I'm looking forward to applying these broad experiences to serving District 31 as its District Public Relations Officer.
