Building a Stronger District

As your Lt. Governor of Marketing, it is my responsibility and privilege to focus on membership. I am most directly responsible for  helping new clubs form and finding ways to revitalize clubs that have  found themselves "demographically challenged." (Twelve or fewer members.)

Happily, I'm really good at this. (At least I think I am.) Even better, there are a host of  other folks in the district who are too. Many clubs have membership problems at one time or another and we can help them--if we find out soon enough. If you know a club is having trouble, let me know.

So, I'll be running around encouraging people to run excellent meetings and bring guests. I'll probably drive you batty with repeating this over and over again, but it's part of the job. Guests! Bring guests! Be good to your guests! Happy guests make happy members!

How do you get guests to come? Invite them.

Invite them. Invite them. Invite them.

I also get to do real-live marketing. How can we effectively present Toastmasters to the world that needs us so much? I got some ideas. I could use some more.
View one of my ideas.

I can always use help in a plethora of projects. Drop me a line.

This is gonna be a fun year.

Yee-ha!!!
