Did you know that a goal needs to be specific, in writing and have a deadline associated with it?

Want to earn a Competent Communicator or Advanced Communicator award (or Competent Leader/Advanced Leader) this year?

Well, then you have a goal! It's specific (complete the requirements for the CC or AC (or CL, ALB, ALS) award); the goal is in writing (your manual) and the district year ends June 30. All the elements are in place. Now talk to your VP Education and schedule your speeches/leadership projects.

You will not only achieve a valuable goal, and receive a handsome certificate, but you club can win a valuable prize.

Speak Up and Change the World

 

Earn a Speak Up and Change the World Pin given to each member who earns an educational or leadership award during the district year. One per member no matter how many awards you achieve.

Triple Crown

 

Triple Crown Award: Each member that earns a CC, AC and leadership award (Cl, ALB, ALS or DTM) will receive a District 31 World Changer Award.

World Keychain

 

Receive a World Keychain if you attend a TLI or District Conference and earn any educational or leadership award. Collect one for each award you earn.

Train four (4) or more offers this training cycle (Summer Cycle) and your club officers can go to Winter training for FREE!
 
•Clubs that have all 7 Officers attend training in Summer and Winter will receive a District 31 Leadership Coaster.
