5) Overcoming Resistance

We all face resistance and must overcome it to live the destiny that is given as potential to each person.  Are you frustrated by where you are in life?  Do you think of the goals and dreams you once had (or still have) that have been left behind because of the demands of daily life and routine?  Are you enthusiastic about a goal but soon lose your drive?  Whatever we want to do, there will be obstacles (physical, mental, spiritual, personal, etc.) that block the way.  These are “resistance” factors.   In this roundtable we will talk about resistance, what shapes it takes, and what we can do to overcome it.  Resistance will always exist, therefore once we win we must start the fight over; sometimes we might lose but we must charge back, and if we constantly do this, we will be able to enjoy a better, fuller life

Presenter: Gustavo Garcia-Barragan
