Club Officer Lists

 

Submit Your Club Officer List Online here .
 
WHY? Well, these are just a few reasons...

  • The Club Officer List is due by June 30, 2008

  • Your club will get a point towards the 2008-2009 Distinguished Club Program

  • Potential members can find a contact number on the Toastmasters International Website to visit your club

  • The Dues Are Due Coordinators can contact you regarding dues

  • Your officers will be listed in the District 31 Directory

 
The quickest and easiest way is to go to this
link.

  • Click on Club Officer on the left

  • Click on Conduct Club Business

  • Then enter your Club Number (if  you don't have one yet - email TI-WHQ and you will receive one by email)

  • Then enter your Club Password (if you  don't have one yet - email TI-WHQ and you will receive one by email)

  • Then click on login. Once you are in - you click on the year 2008-2009

  • Go to Change Club Officers

If you haven't voted yet - just list the current officers as the same and then you can change them after you vote!
