If you are attending the lunch, please be sure to specify a meal choice. If you're bringing guests, please specify their meal choice(s) as well. If you don't specify a meal choice, or if your payment is not received by June 23, 2010, we cannot guarantee that a meal will be available.

Amount due is $10 for each Toastmaster and $15 for each non-Toastmaster guest. If you or your guest is not attending the lunch and is attending only the ceremonies, there is no charge.
